"As a new renter, I can’t think of a better complex to reside at. Hamilton apartments provides me with a safe and secure building accommodating my needs as a renter without forcing me to live outside of my budget. The management has always been very quick to provide assistance whenever neeeded, in the rare occasion that maintenance staff was requested issues were handled efficiently and effectively. The location of this building is ideal, placed in the heart of Champaign commute to downtown Champaign is within walking distance, U of I and parkland campus within short driving distance as well as the commercial portion of north Champaign. Residents in this complex have a mutual respect for each other, allowing for a quiet and enjoyable living situation. I would highly recommend these apartments to someone of any age group, as the building houses residents of all walks of life."
